About Me

Isabel Bilotta, M.A., is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Rice University. Her research centers on achieving equality, advancing equity, and promoting an inclusive environment for individuals with varied identities, backgrounds, and perspectives in the workplace. She is particularly interested in the role that leaders play in effective diversity management, examining this and related issues from multiple levels of analysis. As a consultant with NASA's Behavioral Performance Group, she works on advancing personnel selection procedures in a high-stakes selection context. Her research is featured in such outlets as Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives of Science & Practice and Behavioral Science & Policy. She has extensive experience working in R, SPSS, Excel, SQL, and is learning Python.
